Objective: To redesign fleet turnover models with demographic and socioeconomic granularity to analyze the equity impacts of shifting our Light Duty Vehicle fleet to Electric Vehicles (EVs)

Main Impact: As transition to EVs picks up pace, it is important to understand who is getting access to EVs and who is not. This will help in design of potential policies or programs that will facilitate a more equitable transition to Electric Vehicles.
